3-4 Medium Apples

3-4 Medium Asian Pears (these need to be under-ripe so they will slice well)

15-20 Dried Dates (fresh & soft)

1/4 Cup Tapioca (small pearls are best)

1/2 Cup Sugar

1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

6 Large Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

Topping

1/2 Cup Butter (cold & chopped in bits) like my ex-husband

1/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Dash Pink Salt
